This privacy policy governs your use of the software application BLEDIM2(“App”) for mobile devices ,The Application is to be used in conjunction with the BLEDIM2 family of smart LED lights.

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

1.1 The Application needs some permissionsas shown below:

Ⅰ.Access location info: In order to use the Bluetooth ,the system requires the location info permission.

Ⅱ.Access photos and files stored on device: The application can change the background of the app by selecting the photos in your SD card, the music control function needs to accessmusic files too .

Ⅲ.Record audio:In order to improve the user experience. The application is equipped with the microphone control function. The environment soundis sampled through the microphone. The light will change the brightness or speed according to the intensity of the sound. If you don’t need this function, please disallow this permission.

1.2 User Provided Information

The Application does not obtain or use anyinformation you provided when you download the Application. No Registration is required to use the Application.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically as part of its normal operation, including, but notlimited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about theway you use the Application. The Application may also use certain features of the mobile device it is running on such the camera, storage and file systems, Bluetooth wireless, phone state and audio features. None of thisinformation is sent by the Application any third party.

1.4 Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect anyinformation about the location of your mobile device.

1.5 Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No user information is passed to any third party.

2. What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may usethe standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

3. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Any information collected by the Application will be kept for as long as you use the Application. Please note thatsome or all of the information may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

4. Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. Noinformation is collected on any user.

5. Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and designed the Application such thatit doesn’t share this information to other applications, or third parties. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information the Application uses, no security system can preventall potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will release any revisions to this PrivacyPolicy in conjunction with new releases of the Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
